// FAQ

Frequently asked.

No. 1

What does "principal dealing" mean for clients?

It means we invest our own capital first — tax liens, royalties, mortgage paper — before we ever discuss your money. Principal positions and client mandates are kept on separate books with separate accountability.

No. 2

How are advisory fees set?

Every advisory engagement is customized and fee-based — paid by the client, disclosed in the written agreement, with no embedded product commissions.

No. 3

What fiduciary services do you provide?

Trust and estate administration, non-real-estate escrow agency, securities custody, transfer agency, and securities-holders' protective services — plus broking and clearinghouse coordination where your transaction requires it.

No. 4
